Fees and Policies (3RINCs 2026)
- The registration fee includes access to all technical sessions, luncheons, and coffee breaks, as well as access to conference materials and information through the online platform.
- Students are required to present valid proof of student status during registration.
- Presenters must complete the registration payment by 30 January 2026 for their submissions to be included in the conference program.
- One registration fee is valid for a maximum of two presentations.
Note: Listener registration includes access to all technical sessions throughout the entire conference, as well as luncheons and coffee breaks on all conference days.
Payment Method:
Payment can be made via bank transfer or through the online payment system using credit or debit cards to the account indicated on the registration page.
All bank transaction charges must be borne by the remitter to ensure that the amount received by the 3RINCs 2026 Secretariat equals the full registration fee.
Confirmation & Receipt
The confirmation of registration will be sent via e-mail after payment verification. Official receipts will be provided upon request at the registration desk during the conference.
Cancellation Policy:
Registration fees are non-refundable once payment has been completed.
