(1) Authors must prepare their manuscripts in the extended abstract format using the official MS Word template available on the conference website.
(2) The abstract should be written on
A4-sized paper (210 × 297 mm) with 20 mm margins on all sides (top, bottom, left, and right). The maximum length of the manuscript is
two pages, including figures, tables, and references.
(3) Please
select the conference topic most closely related to your paper from the dropdown list provided above the title section.
(4) The first page must include the abstract title, followed by one blank line, then the author names, affiliations, and addresses. The corresponding author must be marked with an asterisk (*). All listed authors will appear in the final conference programme.
(5) Use Times New Roman font with the following formatting:
- Title: 14 pt, ALL CAPITALS, centred
- Author names: 11 pt, bold, centred
- Affiliations: 10 pt, italic, centred
- Main text: 11 pt, justified
- Section titles: 11 pt, bold, ALL CAPITALS
- Subsection titles: 11 pt, bold

Provide 3–5 keywords immediately after the author affiliations. Leave one blank line before beginning the main text.

Tables and figures must be centred, numbered consecutively (e.g. Table 1, Figure 1), and integrated within the text.
- Each table must include its title placed above it.
- Each figure must include its caption placed below it.
- Use Times New Roman, 11 pt for text inside tables and for figure captions.
- Ensure all figures and tables are clear, readable, and properly labelled.
- Leave one blank line before and after each table or figure.
(8) Submit the final extended abstract as
a PDF (.pdf) file. The file size
must not exceed 1 MB and must include
all figures and tables embedded within the document.
(9) The presentation format will be determined and assigned after the review process. The review will follow a
single-blind format.
