Guidelines for abstract preparation and submission for 3RINCs2026

1 Language

All abstracts must be written in British English..

2 Scope

All abstract must be related to the conference topics. The abstract for special sessions refer to scope of each special session.

3 Presentation Type

The conference accepts the following presentation types:
  • Onsite general presentation – Oral and poster presentation*
  • Special session presentation – Invited presentations only
* The form of presentation will be determined and assigned after the review process.

4 Abstract Format

(1) Authors must prepare their manuscripts in the extended abstract format using the official MS Word template available on the conference website. (2) The abstract should be written on A4-sized paper (210 × 297 mm) with 20 mm margins on all sides (top, bottom, left, and right). The maximum length of the manuscript is two pages, including figures, tables, and references. (3) Please select the conference topic most closely related to your paper from the dropdown list provided above the title section. (4) The first page must include the abstract title, followed by one blank line, then the author names, affiliations, and addresses. The corresponding author must be marked with an asterisk (*). All listed authors will appear in the final conference programme. (5) Use Times New Roman font with the following formatting:
  • Title: 14 pt, ALL CAPITALS, centred
  • Author names: 11 pt, bold, centred
  • Affiliations: 10 pt, italic, centred
  • Main text: 11 pt, justified
  • Section titles: 11 pt, bold, ALL CAPITALS
  • Subsection titles: 11 pt, bold
(6) Provide 3–5 keywords immediately after the author affiliations. Leave one blank line before beginning the main text. (7) Tables and figures must be centred, numbered consecutively (e.g. Table 1, Figure 1), and integrated within the text.
  • Each table must include its title placed above it.
  • Each figure must include its caption placed below it.
  • Use Times New Roman, 11 pt for text inside tables and for figure captions.
  • Ensure all figures and tables are clear, readable, and properly labelled.
  • Leave one blank line before and after each table or figure.
(8) Submit the final extended abstract as a PDF (.pdf) file. The file size must not exceed 1 MB and must include all figures and tables embedded within the document. (9) The presentation format will be determined and assigned after the review process. The review will follow a single-blind format.

5 Abstract Submission and Registration

Authors should first create an account on the 3RINCs website, then submit their extended abstract through the ThaiJO system using the links provided on the 3RINCs website. After acceptance, authors are required to complete registration and payment through the 3RINCs website. 6 Deadline of Abstract Submission

⏰ 18:00 (ICT), 15 December 2025 (Monday)

Abstracts will not be received after the deadline.

7 Notification of Decision

The scientific committee will review the submitted abstracts and notify the corresponding author of the acceptance decision (oral or poster). Authors may be requested to revise their abstracts if modifications are required. The conference programme and presentation schedule will be announced later.

8 Completion of Payment

Presenters are requested to complete payment of conference participation fee within one week after the notification of acceptance. Please note that the presentation will be withdrawn if the payment is not completed by the due date. Students or participants from the least developed country can get a discount. Please check the detailed conditions

9 Full Paper Submission

All presenters are welcome to submit full papers to the Journal of Material Cycles and Waste Management (Springer Nature). Submitted manuscripts must be significantly revised and updated from the original abstract submitted to 3RINCs 2026. All papers will undergo the standard peer-review process by international experts in accordance with the journal’s publication rules.
